Stefan Gille is a Professor in the Department of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences at the University of Alberta, Edmonton. His research is centered on algebraic geometry, with a particular emphasis on quadratic forms, algebraic K-theory, and the theory of motives. He is a member of the CAS Research Group “Algebraic Groups, Motives and Applications”.
